John Tomlin
John Tomlin graduated from the Wharton School with a BA and MBA in 1978.
He joined AAA Auto Club South in 1989 becoming CEO in 2009. He formed two insurance companies with premium of $250 million and orchestrated the largest AAA merger, forming a club with 8.5 million members and $3.5 Billion in sales. John retired in June 2015 and started Tomlin, St Cyr Real Estate Services with Holly (his wife) and Ali (his daughter).
John served as chair of Visit Florida, The Crisis Center and Junior Achievement and sits on the board of Moffitt Cancer Center, The Boys and Girls Club, Tampa Chamber of Commerce and Corbett Preparatory School.
John earned the following designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Charted Life Underwriter (CLU), Charted Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Graduate, Realtor Institute.
John and Holly, reside in St. Petersburg and have a daughter and two sons.
