The Westshore submarket contains about 12 million square feet of office space, making it the largest suburban office submarket in the state of Florida. On the eastern side of Hillsborough County. This thriving office market extends from north to south, clustered along Interstate 75. Among the major business parks located in this submarket are Sabal Park, Tampa Telecom Park, and Hidden River Corporate Park.
