Located in close proximity to Tampa International Airport, one of the nation’s best airports. The Westshore submarket contains about 12 million square feet of office space, making it the largest suburban office submarket in the state of Florida. The Westshore district is comprised of more than 4,000 businesses with nearly 94,000 employees, and it has evolved into a thriving, around-the-clock community with a variety of residential neighborhoods, extensive fine dining, and world-class shopping and hotel accommodations.


I-75 Corridor

On the eastern side of Hillsborough County. This thriving office market extends from north to south, clustered along Interstate 75. Home to corporate campuses and business parks which draw from a talented and expansive workforce in nearby residential communities. Among the major business parks located in this submarket are Sabal Park, Tampa Telecom Park, and Hidden River Corporate Park. JPMorgan Chase, Citi, Verizon, USAA, Johnson & Johnson and Deposit and Trust Clearing Corporation (DTCC) are a representative sampling of the preeminent corporations that have significant operations in the I-75 Corridor. It is also home to the University of South Florida (USF), one of the largest public universities in the nation, and among the top 50 universities, public or private, for federal research expenditures. Nearly 50,000 students representing over 130 countries are enrolled in the USF System with an annual budget of $1.6 billion and an annual economic impact of $4.4 billion.
