Access to a highly skilled and diverse talent pool is the top reason companies choose to relocate or expand to Tampa. It’s not only easy to find talent here, but recruiting top talent to Tampa is also a breeze.  

Between 2022-2023, the Tampa Metro area ranked #5 with the most population growth in the nation, according to the latest U.S. Census data! In fact, four of the nation’s fastest-growing metro areas are in Florida. Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas, three of the four counties that make up the Tampa MSA, collectively added 148 people per day in 2023. 

Additionally, a report from Hire a Helper, found that Tampa topped the list of cities where Millennials moved to in 2023. The Tampa MSA saw 95 percent more millennials move in than leave in 2023. Millennials are the largest generation, and are currently the highest earners according to the report, and they are relocating to find better housing and new jobs. They are moving to Tampa (or in some cases, back to Tampa) and they are bringing their talents and expertise with them.
