Tampa ranks #3 in the nation for net migration

For the second consecutive year, Tampa ranks #3 in the nation for most migration year-over-year. According to the U.S. Census, between July 1, 2017 and July 1, 2018, 143 people move to our metro area every day!

Furthermore, since 2010, Tampa ranked among the top ten metro areas with the most net migration change of 344,163 – that’s an average of 43,000 people moving to the Tampa area every year!
